These times beckon us to be more connected to our own inner wisdom in order to navigate uncertainty and fears that may be present. Come join in our online community as we ground and replenish, build resilience for our bodies, and calm our souls. I am here to help support you in these uncertain times. So that are able to find creative ways to move forward with resilience, hope and joy.
Stress puts our nervous system in high alert, and we become more prone to engage in fear responses. Fear cuts off the creative problem-solving part of ourselves and we get that “deer in the headlights” feeling.
Each Sunday will start with a Grounding & Filling Exploration and then we will explore a variety of different strategies to regulate our nervous system such as breathing, embodied movement, sound and other trauma release tools. So, you can have more steadiness, more clarity and more moments of joy throughout your day.
Grounding and Filling Exploration connects you to and fills you up with the infinite electron source, generated directly from our planet and the sea of life force energy all around us. When we are grounded, our body contains the same electrical potential as the Earth’s magnetic field. Our survival as a species is ultimately linked to maintaining a healthy relationship to this life-giving energy. You can use this powerful tool as a resource for healing yourself.
To be most prepared: Please be comfortably seated in a chair with good back support, in a quiet safe space. Please have a journal to write in after the exercise (you may want to have colors on hand as well).
And most importantly, bring your openness to discovery!

Our goal with Regression Therapy is to release the energetic hold these events have on us and to integrate the information we leaned from these experiences so that we can have a fuller, more meaningful life.
