Remembering Your Dreams:
Dreams can be fleeting. Some believe that they don’t dream at all. And yet we all dream, whether we remember them or not. Dreaming is a necessary and natural function of the brain and an important of our mental health.
To help with recall, have your dream journal, pen, or tape recorder handy next to your bed. Set the intent before going to sleep to remember your dreams. And you can even set the intent to have the dreams that you need to remember happen toward the morning closer to the time you would be waking. When possible awaken naturally. If you do wake up with an alarm clock, before you even stretch while you are still in that sleepy state start writing and let your dreams pour into your journal. Write in the present moment.
To prepare for your session:
Have your dream written out in the present moment before your session.
