Remote Integrative Healing Sessions
Nervous system–informed work offered safely and effectively at a distance
All sessions with Erica Eickhoff are offered remotely, allowing deep, integrative work to take place without the need for physical presence. This approach supports emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and embodied awareness in a way that is both gentle and effective.
Remote work offers the body an important advantage: the ability to process and integrate from within its own environment, where safety, familiarity, and regulation are often easier to access.
Why Remote Work Matters
Healing does not depend on location. It depends on regulation, presence, and attunement.
The nervous system responds to states of safety, coherence, and relational awareness—not solely to physical proximity. In many cases, working remotely allows the system to settle more easily, supporting deeper integration without the stress of travel, unfamiliar spaces, or time pressure.
Remote sessions invite the body to engage the work on its own terms, at its own pace.
An Integrative Approach to Healing
Erica’s work integrates multiple body-centered and consciousness-based modalities, all guided by the same foundational principles:
- Nervous system regulation
- Safety and pacing
- Embodied awareness
- Long-term integration rather than quick fixes
Rather than selecting a single technique, sessions unfold in response to what your system reveals over time. Each modality supports a different layer of experience, and together they form a coherent, integrative process.
The Role of The Pandemic in Distance Healing
When her practice was forced to close doors during the pandemic Erica joined of the unprecedented initiative by Suzanne Sckurlock (from Healing from the Core) to teach hundreds of manual therapists how to have a “felt sense” of tissue, of their patient’s body, regardless of location. And from this desperate pivot, was born the first Remote Healing Certification for bodyworkers and all healthcare workers.
The pandemic provided a surplus of patients in need of support. Erica provided a soothing and regenerating alternative to the chaos and fear experienced by COVID patients in complete isolation in the ICU. Sometimes by the request of family, Erica was able to support patients intubated in an induced coma. Or she did zoom or phone sessions with patients who were more mobile. She learned that she was able to apply the same principles of healing to her patients in isolation as she was to her “in-person” patients.
The Benefits of Remote Healing Sessions
Clients often appreciate remote work because it allows for:
- Greater nervous system ease and regulation
- Integration within daily life rather than isolated sessions
- Flexibility across time zones and schedules
- Reduced stress associated with travel or unfamiliar environments
- A sense of continuity and consistency over time
Remote sessions are not a lesser alternative—they are a different and often more supportive context for meaningful integration.
A Process-Oriented, Long-Term Perspective
This work is not designed for quick results or symptom suppression. It supports deep reorganization within the nervous system and emotional body, which unfolds over time.
Some people notice early shifts. Others experience gradual change as patterns integrate. Both are valid expressions of a system reorganizing at its own pace.
Consistency, presence, and willingness to engage the process are more important than intensity.
Safety, Ethics, and Integration
All work is guided by ethical, trauma-informed principles:
- Sessions are non-invasive and non-directive
- Emotional material is never forced or intensified
- Regulation always takes priority over exploration
- This work complements—but does not replace—medical or psychological care
The intention is to support stability, not destabilization.
Working With Erica
Erica offers remote sessions in a calm, focused setting that emphasizes presence, listening, and responsiveness. Each client’s process is approached individually, without protocols or assumptions.
Rather than fitting you into a method, the work adapts to what your system actually needs.
