Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and appointments may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
In the case of a no-call / no-show, the full session fee will be charged.

Late Arrival Policy
We recommend being ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that other clients are not inconvenienced.
If you arrive late, your treatment time will be shortened accordingly.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes, but is not limited to, requests for treatments or services that fall outside our professional scope of practice.
We also reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives for treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
In such cases, the session may still be charged in full, whether or not services are provided.
