4) IF YOU PREFER A PHONE OR SKYPE SESSION:
I work with clients all over the globe over the phone or skype. The benefit? As you are focusing and working on yourself from the comfort of your own home, you aren’t distracted by an unfamiliar environment and are able to anchor and implement the changes you have been accomplishing much quicker into your daily life. So no matter where you live you can break through your challenges and empower yourself.
Since healing sessions are done in a light trance, with eyes closed, there is very little difference between working in-person and working over the phone.
To prepare for your session:
- Download, fill out and re-submit via email your Intake Forms
- At the same time, let my office know via email: [email protected] that you have scheduled either a phone or Skype session so she can be prepared for your session.
- If you are doing your first session over the PHONE or SKYPE we need to receive your Initial Intake forms at least 24 hours in advance of your session.
- Be ready for your session in a comfortable, safe, and distraction free environment. With a good phone connection, where you don’t have to hold the phone the whole session. Or, a good internet connection.
What to expect during a sessions?
Each session is different depending on your goals and specific needs. We evaluate these together and based on these considerations we use a combination of any and all techniques that Erica specializes in. You will more than likely be sitting in a recliner., or it may be more advantageous to move to a table where you may explore movement or other healing modalities. There goal is to use the best tool at the right time.
